- Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds may not be supported in the following situations:

- Refund Process
Customers must first contact customer service and explain the reason for the return;
The product can only be returned after obtaining Return Authorization;
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days;
The refund will be returned to your original payment account. - Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues, FAN HOME LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong model purchased, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable.
- Exchange Policy
If a product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, the customer may apply for an exchange. We will prioritize reshipping the same model.
